What we like about Milla Jovovich isn’t the fact that she’s a successful model, singer a great actress, it’s the fact that she’s totally down to earth, funny and we feel we could be best friends with her.
Most of us discovered her as the orange-haired heroine of Luc Besson‘s incredible futuristic odyssey The Fifth Element in 1997, but she’d been workin in film since the late 1980s. Appearing notably in Chaplin (1992), Dazed and Confused (1993), Joan of Arc (1999), Zoolander (2001) and the interminable Resident Evil franchise.
Milla was discovered by photographer Herb Ritts after signing to a modelling agency and was shot by the famous photographer for the cover of Lei magazine at only 11 years old!
Jovovich has since gone on to front major campaigns for Banana Republic, Christian Dior, Donna Karan, Gap, Versace, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Giorgio Armani, H&M, Revlon and most notably L’Oréal.

This Chanel Couture gown is a work of art. It belongs in a museum and not on the red carpet, yet who could blame Milla for wearing it?

Designer Elie Saab is always a sure bet when it comes to the Academy Awards. His dresses flatter all figures, they’re timeless and always have a little edge to them. This one is no different.

We don’t even have words to describe how much we love this custom Prada dress. It’s delicate, sophisticated, avant-garde, yet classic looking. The bold red and white paired with the nude skirt is absolutely stunning. Milla was the perfect person to wear this.
