Welcome to our 3rd installment of the TÉLIO wedding style guide!
I love the laid back, eclectic nature of the bohemian bride. She channels her inner Stevie Nicks; she’s playful, crafty and marches to the beat of her own drum. The silhouettes are often long and flowy and dresses are sometimes shown with sleeves which are perfect for those that aren’t too keen on showing off their bare arms or shoulders.
There are many directions that this look can go in. For example, the crafty/hippie girl might have a more laid back approach with a DIY floral crown and barefoot sandals. The vintage/rocker girl would likely leave her long, cascading hair as is and trade in the designer dress for that perfect vintage, thrift store gown. The modern gal could take a more exotic direction by adding a touch of glam to her accessories or even the décor. Her hair would be that perfect messy braid and her gown would be cascading with sparkles.
If you have inherited any doily’s or have a love of lace and crochet, there are many DIY tutorials out there that can be used in your décor scheme. How cute is this guest book? Looking for a unique back drop? Need some crafty mood lighting? How about a ring holder?
